Ab Rock-er

State -  

Chest still tight from Angie two days ago, shoulder feeling better with a day of rest, Left quad tight, not sure how that happened.  Didn't want to push my shoulder, likewise for the quad, so opted for a core session just to keep blood moving.

WOD - 12:53

  • 50 (2ct) flutter kicks
  • 50 Sit-ups
  • 400m run
  • 100 (2ct) flutter kicks
  • 100 sit-ups
  • 400m run
Consumed - 
  • 2 eggs with flax meal, strawberry jam
  • double espresso
  • apple
  • Chai tea
  • Greens, chicken and Tay berries
  • Kim-Chi
  • Black Coffee
  • cheese, peanut butter, cherries snack
  • Zucchini and Roasted lamb shank
  • Cup of Sorbet
